My practice is built around you!  Offering you over 20+ years in mental health and addictions experience, creating a therapy space for you to heal. With kindness and compassion, we will explore what is not feeling right in your life at this time.  My training in EMDR can help with processing past and present trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment/ relationship issues.  I am always honored when someone allows me to be part of their healing and self-discovery journey.  You have worth and you deserve to feel that everyday.
